We live in an age of different file formats, different operating systems and different servers and while in the ideal world they would all compliment each other, in reality, they often conspire against each other.

If you are an existing registered user of the Handbook of Gemmology, have recently upgraded your OS to Windows 10 and it no longer works, simply email us with your name and registration number and we will be happy to send you the new Windows 10 version.
